**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- **Photography**: Capture high-quality photographs for events, products, and promotional materials.
- **Post-Production**: Handle all aspects of post-production, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- **Graphics & Effects**: Incorporate graphics, subtitles, animations, and special effects to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- **Music & Sound Editing**: Select appropriate music tracks and sound effects to complement video content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute video projects.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage digital assets, maintaining an efficient archive system.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of professional experience in video editing and photography.
- **Software Proficiency**: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- **Creativity**: Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
