Role - Media Buyer

Experience - 2 - 3 Years

Location - Delhi (NSP)

Salary - As per experience

2-3 years of experience in strategizing & executing performance marketing campaigns on Third party DSPs, Facebook and Google advertising - search, display, youtube, shopping,DV360 ads.
- Proven track records with running ads from multiple verticals specially e-commerce.
- Ability to understand the target audience, audience persona based on data provided.
- Ability to ideate & iterate product angles at break-neck speed in order to improve campaign conversion rates & ROI metrics
- Understanding of funnels and their associated metrics.
- Understanding of conversion copywriting & pattern-interrupt ads
- Ability to scale campaigns in identified markets rapidly based on ROI benchmarking
- Strong understanding of optimization tactics that impact ROI metrics
- Ability to operate in a hyper-paced startup & thrive under pressure
- Ability to use facebook pixel and create ads with CBO, A/B testing, LLA etc.
- Experience of Media Buying or equivalent, including Digital Marketing Conceptual and executional knowledge.
- Maintains media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation
- Familiarity with the concepts of DSP's and SSP's also Platforms/ Tools such as Appnexus, Pubmatic, Sitescouts, Fyber, Adwordsetc,
- Should be flexible with the working Model's as such CPI. Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations
- Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools (e.g. TMT, Google Analytics, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to Campaigns Performance objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the digital activities
- Analyze web metrics, provides campaign effectiveness reports to clients, and recommends optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance.

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
