Transaction Banking aims to provide comprehensive cash management solutions for corporations. Transaction Banking combines the strength and heritage of a 150-year-old financial institution with the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a tech start-up. Through the use of modern technologies centered on data and analytics, we provide customers with powerful tools that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity to improve cash flow management efficiency.

**The Role**:
As part of our global team you will work on the data & analytics platform team, and reporting to a Data Lead. Your role includes development, test and rollout of Analytics platform features. And you will be conducting statistical analysis, business intelligence gathering, trending and benchmarking and reporting.

Our platform is made of Java and Python services that inter-operate with Airflow, Flink, Kafka, Snowflake and various AWS services, as well as vendor and external systems.

You are expected to contribute to the vision and roadmap, and a world-class engineering culture, while integrating business value and client experience within the team.

This initiative is of critical importance to the success of the organization and our roadmap. Services like liquidity analytics, billing, client onboarding, reporting and others will rely on the data platform. Accurate, granular, complete and timely data is a key differentiator and competitive advantage in the market place.

**Responsibilities
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Interpret functional requirements and translate them into concrete deliverables for business analytics
- Perform business analysis (inlc. ad-hoc) and reporting to support Product, Sales, Finances, and our Clients
- Perform data-driven analysis to provide granular insights/trends to help for overall business growth
- Work with Product and Sales to standardize how we visualize and interact with business KPIs
- Work closely with Data Architectures and Modelers to align to functional domains

**Basic Qualifications
**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree (other relevant degree) with at least 5 years of experience with 2 years in data analytics, technical business analysis, business intelligence
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-directed and self-motivated
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python
Knowledge of data visualization using software like AWS QuickSight, Superset, Tableau, Zeppelin etc
Ability to build consensus with others and work independently to complete tasks on-time
Experience with fintech product delivery, a plus

**Preferred Qualifications
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Ability to understand basic data modelling
Experience working in an agile framework
Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks)
Experience on working snowflake warehouse, is a plus
Knowledge of Statistical Computing Methods, Quantitative Methods and Regression Analysis, is a plus
