**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end order deliveries of customized boxes.
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records of orders and logistics documentation.
- Address and resolve logistics issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, customer service) for smooth operations.
- Suggest improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of transportation and delivery processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
