**What This Position Is All About**:
Digital Quality Assurance Specialist will perform QA process; audits of all digital assets across platforms and devices

**Who You Are**:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in UAT and quality assurance in a retail, ecommerce environment
? Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, audit or equivalent experience
? Experience working with digitally focused high-frequency online content publishing
? Experience testing a variety of products across platforms and devices (mobile and desktop on different browsers)
? Superior written and verbal communication skills
? Technical acumen and a logical thinker
? A high standard of excellence and attention to detail
? Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and be solution focused

**You Also Have**:
? Log defects by providing clear and concise information to partner teams for resolution
? Triage active callout processes during site preview and lead the partner-teams toward actioning the resolution of callouts in a timely manner, meeting deadlines
? Work with project management, web production and other partners to define test strategy, test development and test execution-Identifying defects and refining quality standards
? Ability to assess, adapt and implement changes in process to ensure proper controls are understood and in place.
