**Job Purpose**:
To facilitate the teaching and learning of Physics in middle and secondary grades, promoting scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and practical understanding through engaging lessons, activities, and experiments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **Physics** to students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver **engaging lesson plans** that cater to the varied learning needs of students.
- Incorporate **lab experiments, demonstrations, and visual aids** to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Maintain **records of student progress**, assessments, and reports in a timely and organized manner.
- Design and conduct **formative and summative assessments**; evaluate students fairly.
- Use appropriate **teaching strategies and digital tools** to create an interactive classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation in **science fairs, Olympiads, and competitions**.
- Collaborate with peers for **interdisciplinary teaching**, special events, and curriculum planning.
- Attend **department meetings, parent-teacher meetings**, and school events as required.
- Maintain **discipline and decorum** in the classroom and contribute to overall student well-being.
- Be open to **ongoing professional development** and participate in training programs or workshops.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. (Physics) + B.Ed. is mandatory. M.Sc. in Physics is an advantage.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of teaching Physics at middle or high school level preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle lab equipment and conduct safe experiments.
- Proficiency with **technology-enabled teaching tools** (smart boards, simulations, Google Classroom, etc.).

- Positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Willingness to contribute to co-curricular activities and school development.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
