Barman

**1. Drink Preparation & Service**
- Serve wine, beer, and other beverages as per customer preferences.
- Mix and serve simple cocktails, if applicable.
- Maintain knowledge of different types of wines, beers, and their pairings.

**2. Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
- Provide recommendations on wine and beer choices.
- Ensure a friendly and engaging atmosphere for guests.

**3. Cash Handling & Billing**
- Process customer payments using cash or digital payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.

**4. Bar Maintenance & Hygiene**
- Keep the bar area clean and well-organized.
- Ensure proper cleaning of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

**5. Stock & Inventory Management**
- Monitor stock levels of wine, beer, and bar supplies.
- Refill and restock items as needed.
- Assist in ordering and receiving inventory.

**6. Compliance & Safety**
- Verify customers’ age and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
- Handle difficult customers and maintain a safe environment.

**7. Teamwork & Coordination**
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Assist in setting up and closing the bar area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
