We are looking for dynamic Health Advisor Pharmacist to be our face at our stores and help us gain customer delight.
What you’ll be doing:

- Ensuring your learning curve is high at all times
- Ensuring that customer service is top of the game and as per our standards
- Consulting prescriptions and patients
- Arranging the medicines in the racks and in medical boxes
- Recommending another brand of medicine but of the same molecule to the patient Answering Customer queries face to face or by Phone
- Selling OTC medicines and various offers
- Managing of expiry medication
- Billing process in computer software
- Handling cash in billing counter and deposit in the bank
- Monitoring and analyzing the expenditure on drugs, providing reports as required Conducting accurate weekly audit process
- Establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,960.00 - ₹18,955.00 per month
