**Job Description.**

Responsible for end-to-end tracking of Forward and Backward logistics operations in a timely and efficient manner for 4 partners - Flipkart/Myntra/CocoBlu and Marketplace.

**Forward logistics**:

- Responsible to take necessary action on GRN report received through auto-mailer from partners / detail shared by finance.
- Collect and maintain POD’s from warehouse teams where there is a difference in quantity dispatched and quantity inward.
- Initiate claim within TAT for the rejected/short quantity (shortages/article mismatch) based on the GRN report received through auto-mailer from partners / detail shared by finance.
- Regular Follow up for claims raised with partners and circulate status with internal stakeholders.

**Backward logistics**:

- Check the partners portal regularly for pending RO approval and initiate the approval process within the given TAT.
- Ensure the delivery back to seller within stipulated time - Initiate return pickup for the ROs raised by the partner and co-ordinate for the same.
- Initiate claim within TAT for Mismatch/short/scrap/other brand stocks received in our warehouse. Resolving such cases and to take clarifications from the partners.
- Regular Follow up for claims raised with partners and circulate status with internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with warehouse for accounting of RO.

**Key skills required**:
1. Analytical skills

2. Proficient in excel

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 per year
