**Qualification-**Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Programming**:

- Writing and optimizing CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for VMCs.
- Using Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to generate programs.
- Translating design specifications from blueprints and drawings into machining instructions.
- Post-processing programs to ensure compatibility with specific machine controllers.
- **Machine Setup**:

- Loading materials and selecting tools for specific machining operations.
- Setting up machine controls and parameters (speed, feed, coolant).
- Verifying machine settings and program control data for accuracy.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Making adjustments to machine settings or programs if necessary.
- Troubleshooting issues with the machine or program.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
