**Job Title**: IT Executive

**Location**: ID Restaurant (QSR Chain) - Multiple Locations

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on **IT Executive** to manage and support the day-to-day IT operations across our QSR outlets. The role involves maintaining POS systems, handling basic networking, supporting hardware/software issues, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring smooth IT functionality at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. POS & Software Management**
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS (Point of Sale) systems in all restaurant outlets.
- Coordinate with POS vendors for updates, bug fixes, or customizations.
- Ensure real-time sync and data backup from outlets to HO.

**2. Network & Infrastructure Support**
- Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi internet connectivity at outlets.
- Handle configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and access points.
- Coordinate with internet service providers for uptime and issue resolution.

**3. Hardware Maintenance**
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV systems.
- Perform periodic system health checks and preventive maintenance.

**4. Software & Data Management**
- Manage system antivirus, security protocols, and data protection measures.

**5. User Support & Training**
- Act as the first point of contact for outlet-level staff for IT issues.
- Provide basic IT training for restaurant managers and staff, especially related to POS usage.
- Document and resolve user support tickets.

**6. IT Asset Management**
- Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets across outlets.
- Tagging and documentation of hardware and software assets.
- Ensure systems are compliant with IT policies.

**7. Vendor Coordination**
- Liaise with vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), hardware replacements, software support, and IT consumables.
- Ensure service-level agreements are met.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality/QSR industry.
- Working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, basic networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations if needed.

**Work Environment & Availability**:

- Availability during weekends and holidays as per restaurant operational needs.
- Ability to attend urgent technical issues at outlets on short notice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
