**Production Planning & Execution**

Coordinate daily production schedules based on order requirements.

Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently.

Ensure timely start and smooth running of production lines.

Supervision & Line Management

Supervise sewing, cutting, finishing, and packing departments.

Monitor workers’ performance and output per line or section.

Maintain discipline and address workforce issues.

**Quality Control**

Ensure garments are produced to meet quality standards (AQL levels).

Work with the quality department to identify and resolve defects.

Conduct inline and end-line inspections.

Production Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily production targets and outputs.

Report discrepancies or delays to production managers.

Maintain production records (e.g., line efficiency, downtime, rejection rates).

Team Coordination

Liaise between workers, line leaders, and production managers.

Facilitate communication between different departments (e.g., cutting, sewing, finishing).

**Training & Development**

Train new workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
