**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
Spearhead lead generation initiatives by cultivating opportunities with both existing clients and prospective clients in your designated territory.

**Database Development**:
Create and maintain a robust and organized database of qualified leads using a combination of referrals, telephone canvassing, and proactive cold calling.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Serve as a vital link between clients and the company, ensuring clients remain well-informed about our latest services, pricing, and upcoming product releases.

**Sales Reporting**:
Provide regular and comprehensive reports on your sales activities to your Reporting Head, keeping them abreast of your progress and achievements.

**Achieve Targets**:
Dedicate yourself to diligently working towards and exceeding the targets and objectives set for your specified area, thereby significantly contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Client Base Expansion**:
Continually foster and broaden your client base by nurturing relationships, thus establishing long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.

**Market Expansion**:
Identify and leverage diverse routes to market in order to identify new business opportunities, driving the expansion of our clientele.

**Sales Strategy**:
Develop, refine, and execute effective sales strategies, coupled with setting achievable targets to guarantee success in your role.

**Feedback & Research**:
Collect and analyze valuable client feedback, and conduct thorough market research to stay well-informed about prevailing industry trends and the evolving needs of our customers.

**Qualifications**:
MBA/BBA degree in Marketing or a related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven and ambitious with a genuine passion for sales and marketing.

Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced business environment.

A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing targets.

Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Basic knowledge of the Software/Internet industry is considered a valuable asset.

**Salary**: As Per Industry Standard
