**ob Description**

We are looking for a young, dynamic, enthusiastic Quality Assurance Executive who is excellent at documentation and maintaining all sorts of compliance documents. Must be qualified in food technology and/or preservation sciences.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain daily checklists of all factory activities
- Conduct internal audits and document the same effectively
- Work with external auditors to ensure that the factory is fully compliant
- Implement effective processes to ensure physical compliance
- Lead a team of 4 QA personnel and report to the management
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Science and Technology
- 3-5 years of QA experience in a Food Manufacturing Unit
- Ability to commute reliably and effectively to Chembur everyday
- Resilient attitude and eagerness to learn and improve

**The Company**

We are a frozen foods manufacturing company based in Chembur, Mumbai. We manufacture a range of frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, and other savoury products for selling to large B2B institutional clients.
