**Job Title**: Store Officer

**Department**: Stores / Logistics

**Reports To**: Store Manager / PPC Manager

**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferred in manufacturing/engineering sector)

**Qualification**: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Material Handling & Documentation
- Maintain gate entry registers for all material inward and outward movements.
- Verify physical weight of Solapur castings upon receipt.
- Ensure subcontracting material movement with proper Tally challans.
- Monitor customer dispatches of finished goods and maintain records.
- Arrange vehicles for sub-con material movement and scrap dispatch.
- GRN and Documentation
- Create GRNs for labour charges, consumables, inward components.
- Maintain extra copies for customers and suppliers; follow up on missing documents

and ensure timely closure.
- Reconciliation and MIS
- Perform supplier reconciliation regularly.
- Maintain and report Premium Freight MIS and Transport MIS.
- Track and update PMS and QMS (Quality Management System).
- Follow up and support in clearing rejections and closing pending issues.
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct monthly stock take planning and ensure compliance.
- Manage consumable stock checks, address shortages, and follow up.
- Monitor online stock systems and make necessary updates.
- Track and escalate material shortages, ensuring timely resolution.
- Packaging & Logistics
- Follow up on empty bin returns from All Resp Customer, and other suppliers.
- Manage DC challan tracking and closing procedures.
- Handle packaging sign-off from customers and for new customer packaging formats.
- Compliance & Data Preparation
- Prepare ITC-4 data as per compliance needs.
- Track shelf-life items, packaging materials, and consumables for expiry and

replenishment.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory management
- Good understanding of logistics and dispatch planning
- Proficiency in Tally & Excel for record-keeping and GRN entry
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock verification and record maintenance.

**Preferred Industry Background**:
Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive Components, Casting Industries.

Pay: ₹2.00 - ₹5.00 per year
