**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote Mellow Academy’s courses and programs.
- Counsel potential leads about course offerings, benefits, and the admission process.
- Handle inquiries from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admissions targets.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion and maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system daily.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams for lead generation and process optimization.
- Address student/parent queries professionally and provide solutions to their concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **telemarketing**, **sales**, or a similar target-driven role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and regional languages preferred).
- Familiarity with admissions processes or the education sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
- Basic computer skills, including CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Flexible to work in shifts, if required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹8,814.73 - ₹27,509.29 per month
