**Job Description:

- Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with customers.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules accurately.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients.
- Ensure a smooth post-sales process, including handling customer feedback and complaints.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and order tracking systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation for contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, order trends, and customer demand patterns.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align sales with manufacturing capabilities.
