**Job Title: TGT Mathematics Teacher (Grades 6-8)**

**Position Type**: Full-time

Job Summary

The TGT Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for delivering an engaging and comprehensive mathematics curriculum to students in grades 6 to 8. The teacher will foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to develop their mathematical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and implement various assessment methods to measure student understanding and progress, providing timely feedback and support.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for mathematics.
- **Differentiation**: Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those who may require additional support.
- **Resource Development**: Create and utilize engaging instructional materials and resources, including technology tools, to enhance the learning experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to promote interdisciplinary learning and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mathematics education and curriculum changes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; relevant teaching certification is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably at the TGT level for middle school.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum for grades 6 to 8 and effective teaching methodologies.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
