- **Answering Phone Calls**: Managing incoming calls is a key responsibility of a front desk executive. They handle phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- **Managing Mail and Packages**: The front desk executive is responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. They ensure proper documentation, notify recipients of incoming mail or packages, and organize outgoing mail or shipments.
- **Scheduling and Managing Appointments**: Front desk executives often assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for employees or clients. They coordinate calendars, arrange meeting rooms, and ensure that all participants are informed about the schedule.
- **Maintaining Security**:The front desk executive monitors and controls access to the premises. They ensure that visitors and guests sign in, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs. They may also coordinate with security personnel or monitor security cameras if required.
- **Managing Office Supplies**: Front desk executives keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary. They ensure that the office is well-stocked with essential items such as stationery, beverages, and other supplies.
**Educational Background**
Min Graduation or related educational background from a recognized university.
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
