Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Develop creative designs, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print materials, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, posters, banners, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
**2. **Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to create impactful designs.
**3.** Work closely with the web development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website interfaces.
**4.** Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
**5. **Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion within scheduled timelines.
**6.** Ensure the accuracy and quality of final graphics.
**7.** Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

**Requirements**:
1. A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and creative approaches.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Proven ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas visually.
4. Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition principles.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality designs.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Knowledge of web design principles, HTML, CSS, UX/UI design will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
