**Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:

- Provide expert guidance and counseling to prospective students interested in our educational programs.
- Assist students in understanding program details, admission processes, and career prospects.

**Target Achievement**:

- Set and achieve monthly enrollment targets through effective counseling and communication.
- Utilize strategic approaches to contribute to the overall growth of student enrollments.

**Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Handle a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential students, providing information and addressing inquiries.

**Admission Process**:

- Guide students through the admission process, including form filling and document submission.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs offered by Eduwin.
- Effectively communicate program features and benefits to prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in student counseling is essential.
- Proven ability to achieve enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with the education sector.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with student inquiries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work towards achieving targets.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam languages.
