**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales & Target Achievement**
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
- Provide product information and after-sales support.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect feedback from customers and share with the team for product/service improvement.

**3. Market Analysis & Reporting**
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**4. Product Knowledge & Promotion**
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Participate in product training sessions and promotional events.
- Demonstrate product use to customers where necessary.

**5. Coordination & Follow-up**
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for order delivery and follow-up.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit customers as per policy.
- Update the CRM/ERP system with accurate sales and customer data.

**Qualifications & SkillsEducation**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG, retail ).

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
- Time management and route planning
