Deliverable

1. Visiting existing sales structure of distributors and retailers. a. Visiting the assigned market on time. b. Visiting the distributors. c. Visiting the existing retail network and taking order from the retail base. Solving any market problem of the retail base.

Tasks & d. Passing the retail order to the distributors.

Activities e. Updating the order in the software. f. Following up with the distributor for the delivery of the order received from the retail base. g. Taking the order from the distributors. h. Discussing the market condition with the distributor. i. Taking outstanding payments. j. Passing the distributor’s order to the operation team. k. Maintaining the sales report of the existing distributors.

2. Convert leads into customers:

- a. Taking the leads details from the senior. b. Meeting the leads as per the appointed time and place. c. Explaining about the products, yourself and the company.

Showing the distributors broachers, samples and other sales material. d. Explaining the price structure of the different products. e. Taking order from the leads and fixing the payment terms. f. Passing the order to the operation team.

1. Conversion of leads into customers.

Measurement 2. No. of order received from the retail network and distributors on a daily basis.

Metrics 3. Expanding the retail base with opening new counters.
4. Achievement of the target

5. Regular Attendance.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
