**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Designing technical course material**Trainers should have experience designing technical course material and be familiar with modern educational techniques and web-based learning platforms.
- **Presenting training**Trainers should be able to present training to end-users and have outstanding presentation skills.
- **Conducting performance appraisals**Trainers should conduct performance appraisals to identify skill gaps between current and desired skill levels.
- **Designing technical manuals**Trainers should be able to design technical manuals using simple language.
- **Ensuring a supportive learning environment**Trainers should ensure that the learning environment and resources support learner needs.
- **Gaining certifications**Trainers should gain professional certifications such as CompTIA CTT+, MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), or CCT (Cisco Certified Trainer).

Other skills that are important for networking trainers include: Excellent communication skills and Great interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
