We are seeking for the Mother Teacher role, will serve as the primary point of contact and care for a single class of students, guiding them academically, socially, and emotionally. She will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to explore and learn, ensuring their smooth transition into formal schooling.
1. **Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**
- Encourage curiosity and creativity among students.

2. **Student Care & Development**
- Build a strong emotional bond with students to foster a safe and trusting classroom environment.
- Observe and record each child’s progress and behavior.
- Address the individual learning needs and pace of each child.
- Promote personal hygiene, manners, and social skills.

3. **Classroom Management**
- Maintain discipline in a positive, non-punitive way.
- Create and maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom.
- Develop and enforce routines for students to build independence and responsibility.

4. **Parent Communication**
- Act as the single point of contact for all communication between school and parents regarding the child.
- Provide regular updates on child’s progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and workshops.

5. **Administrative & Reporting**
- Maintain records of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff for planning events and curriculum.
- Participate in training sessions and school activities as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed./NTT/D.El.Ed or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience with young children
- Creative and enthusiastic personality
- Prior experience in early childhood or primary teaching preferred
