**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and design enterprise-level **Kafka-based data streaming platforms**.
- Define best practices for **Kafka cluster setup, scaling, monitoring, and security**.
- Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to design **event-driven microservices**.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant Kafka deployments.
- Lead **performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization** of Kafka environments.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to teams.
- Work with stakeholders to align Kafka solutions with business needs.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with **4+ years in Kafka architecture and design**.
- Strong knowledge of **Apache Kafka (including Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry)**.
- Expertise in **event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and messaging platforms**.
- Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)** and **containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)**.
- Strong background in **Java/Scala/Python** for Kafka integration.
- Experience with **monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center)**.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
