Nursing Supervisor

Education: BSc Nursing / P.BSc Nursing

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience at 100 bedded hospital; already in the role of Nursing Supervisor / Nursing In-charge are preferred.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. Keeping the nursing policies and practices up to date while also guaranteeing their continued relevance is a priority.

2. The assessment of the nursing staff's educational requirements as well as the hiring process for nursing staff members

3. Employees in the nursing industry are given obligations and duties that correspond to the level of responsibility they have and the amount of training they have received.

4. Always check to see that the staffing pattern is maintained in the same way.

5. Visiting all of the hospital's wards regularly to check and make sure that all of the procedures being performed there are done so in compliance with hospital policy.

6. Maintain a regular meeting schedule to monitor the operation of the system on several different levels.

7. investigation of patient complaints and problem-solving in response to those complaints.

8. Provide management with reports and feedback on any challenges that are related to the provision of patient care in a timely and efficient manner.

9. To perform additional duties as assigned by the management in the best interest of the institution.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
