Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Produce engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects.
- Ensure all graphics are consistent with the company’s branding and style guidelines.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Amend designs after feedback to ensure final approval.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
