Quantity Surveyor

***: Responsible for monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from concept to completion. Preparation of detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantity) & BOM (Bill of Materials) on the basis of drawings for individual residential units & prepare detailed budgets for the same. Preparation of master schedule for the project material requirement. Negotiate with vendors / suppliers Preparation of Work Order to Sub contractors, preparation of Purchase orders etc. Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors, consultants and engineers, Preparation of progress report. Conduct market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials before floating tender and inviting quotations. Material reconciliation on monthly basis/as requested by management. Co-ordination with architectural, contractors, purchase & project execution for optimum costs as per the budges. Preparation of P/L statement of the project. **Key Skills**: Customer-focussed attitude Expertise in BOQ & BOM. Experience in Costing Experience in handling pre contracts Experience in Costing, BOQ & Budgeting Experience in In-house residential projects Complete working knowledge in Quantity Surveying.
