**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Location**: Patna, Bihar
**Experience Required**: 6-8 Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
- Oversee cash flow, investments, and asset management.
- Develop strategies for financial growth and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Monitor internal controls and improve financial procedures.
- Lead the finance team and ensure timely reporting and accuracy.

**Key Requirements**:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is mandatory.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounts, or audit roles.
- Prior experience in a leadership or strategic financial management role.
- Excellent knowledge of financial laws, corporate finance, and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
