**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and follow up on potential students or clients.
- Pitch and promote educational services and training programs.
- Counsel students regarding course selection and career pathways.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
