**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting Business French, German and Japanese language classes.

2. Developing curriculum and lesson plans that align with the institute's standards, with an emphasis on Business French, German and Japanese language skills.

3. Providing engaging and interactive instruction to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels

4. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback

5. Keeping accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

6. Staying updated with current methodologies, resources, and developments in French, German and Japanese language teaching, particularly in the context of business communication.

7. Collaborating with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

8. Participating in institute events and activities, such as workshops, seminars, and cultural events.

**Qualifications**:
1. Master's or Ph.D. degree in French, German and/or Japanese language or a related field

2. Proficiency in both written and spoken French, German and/or Japanese.

3. Proven experience teaching French, German and/or Japanese language courses.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

6. Flexibility to work as per the organization's requirements.

7. Passion for teaching and promoting the French, German and/orJapanese language and culture.

8. Familiarity with teaching tools and technologies.

9. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
