**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development & Instruction**:

- Design and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as:

- Basic computer operations (keyboarding, file management).
- Coding/programming (e.g., Scratch, Python, Java, HTML/CSS).
- Digital literacy (internet safety, cybersecurity, ethical tech use).
- Robotics, AI, or STEM projects (if applicable).
- Align lessons with standards (e.g., ISTE, CSTA, or national/local curricula).
- **Classroom & Lab Management**:

- Maintain a safe, organized, and functional computer lab environment.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with IT staff.
- Supervise students during hands-on activities, projects, and assessments.
- **Skill Development & Assessment**:

- Evaluate student progress in technical proficiency, problem-solving, and collaborative projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Incorporate emerging tools (e.g., coding platforms, 3D printers, VR) into lessons.
- Promote digital citizenship and responsible use of technology.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Communicate with parents about student progress and tech-related opportunities.
- **Professional Growth**:

- Stay updated on tech trends, educational software, and pedagogical strategies.
- Attend workshops or certifications (e.g., Google Certified Educator, Microsoft Educator).
- **Extracurricular Support**:

- Lead or assist clubs/activities (e.g., coding clubs, robotics teams, hackathons).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Essential**:

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and educational tech tools.
- Strong understanding of K-12 computer science curricula.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
- Classroom management skills and patience.
- **Preferred**:

- Teaching certification with a focus on technology/computer science.
- Experience with platforms like Code.org, Tinkercad, or Raspberry Pi.
- Knowledge of AI, robotics, or game design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
- Teaching license/certification (as per regional requirements).
- Prior experience teaching in K-12 settings (preferred).
- First Aid/CPR certification (if required).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
