**Key Responsibilities**:
As we expand our team, we’re looking for a **dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern** to support various functions within the HR department. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in HR while gaining practical, hands-on experience in **recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations**.

**Key Responsibilities**:Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Review resumes and coordinate interviews
- Assist in onboarding processes including orientation, documentation, and policy briefings

**Employee Relations**:

- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and concerns
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Organize contracts, agreements, and performance review documentation

**Benefits & Compensation**:

- Help administer employee benefits programs
- Assist in payroll processing by tracking attendance and verifying timesheets

**Training & Development**:

- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal upskilling events
- Assist in developing training materials and content

**Compliance & Legal**:

- Ensure company HR policies comply with local labor laws
- Support audits and maintain regulatory documentation

**Performance & Reporting**:

- Assist in performance appraisals and goal-setting activities
- Generate and analyze reports on recruitment, turnover, training, and more

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

**Working Conditions**:
