We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Payroll Executive** with strong knowledge in **manual payroll processing** and statutory compliance, particularly **Provident Fund (PF)** and **Employee State Insurance (ESI)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **end-to-end payroll processing manually**, including salary structure, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate **salary disbursement** as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of **attendance, leave, and overtime** data.
- Calculate and process **statutory deductions** (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) as per applicable laws.
- **Generate and file PF & ESI returns** on respective government portals.
- Coordinate with HR and accounts for payroll inputs and reconciliations.
- Handle employee **grievances related to salary, PF, and ESI**.
- Ensure compliance with **labor laws and statutory guidelines**.
- Prepare **payroll reports** for management and auditors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in **manual payroll processing**.
- **Strong knowledge of PF & ESI rules, forms, and online portals**.
- Familiar with salary structures, income tax, and statutory deductions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally (or similar accounting tools).
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
