**Job Summary**:
The Field Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing field-level activities for the hospital, including patient support, community outreach, partnership building, data collection, and logístical operations. The role demands strong communication skills, on-ground problem-solving abilities, and regular field visits to ensure hospital services are promoted and accessed efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to doctors' clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and community organizations to promote hospital services.
- Coordinate with local partners and community stakeholders for outreach programs, health camps, or wellness drives.
- Distribute marketing materials and educate the public about hospital services, facilities, and health awareness.
- Assist in patient coordination, including facilitating referrals and supporting admission or discharge processes if needed.
- Collect data on patient feedback, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Support hospital marketing and CSR activities in the field.
- Track and report field activity, daily visit logs, and outcomes to reporting manager.
- Identify and build relationships with local healthcare professionals or influencers for business development.
- Ensure branding materials are correctly displayed in partner locations.
- Assist in resolving minor service issues or complaints in the field.

Pay: ₹9,185.72 - ₹21,618.72 per month
