**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit raw video footage to create compelling, high-quality videos.
- Add music, graphics, text, and other elements to enhance the video’s impact.
- Perform color correction, sound editing, and visual effects as required.
- **Collaborate with Creative Team**:

- Work closely with directors, producers, and content creators to understand project goals.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve storytelling and video quality.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Adapt videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for engagement.
- **File Management**:

- Organize and manage video assets, including raw footage, project files, and final exports.
- Maintain backups of all work.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up with industry trends, new editing techniques, and software updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software such as After Effects is a plus.
- **Creative Abilities**:

- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Ability to produce engaging and polished content under tight deadlines.
- **Experience**:

- 1 yr experience in video editing, preferably in a professional setting.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if necessary.
- Knowledge of emerging video trends and social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,222.22 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
