As a Camera Man at QnQ Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality video footage that aligns with our company's objectives and brand identity. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all video content meets our standards of excellence and effectively communicates our message to our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate professional video cameras and related equipment to capture footage for various projects.
- Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute video shoots according to project requirements.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly set up and functioning correctly before each shoot.
- Manage lighting, sound, and other technical aspects to achieve optimal results.
- Follow creative direction and contribute ideas to enhance the visual quality of our videos.
- Maintain organized files of video footage and ensure that all assets are properly labeled and stored.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production techniques.
- Adhere to deadlines and deliver video content on time and within budget.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, creativity, and quality in all aspects of your work.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Camera Man, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras and related equipment.
- Strong technical skills in lighting, sound, and cinematography.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Creative thinking and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to take direction.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel to different locations for shoots, if necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
