**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, report, and document software defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements
- Participate in test case creation and maintenance
- Perform regression testing to ensure software quality
- Assist in the development of test plans and test strategies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
