**Roles and Responsiblities**
- Operate CT and X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Position patients correctly to obtain the proper images according to physician orders.
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards and protocols.
- Monitor imaging equipment for functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Review and process images, ensuring clarity and completeness before submission to radiologists.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of imaging rooms and equipment.
- Stay up to date with continuing education, new technologies, and industry best practices.
