Site Reliability Engineer

12 to 16 years
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.
- Strict to follow Change management and SLA’s
- Hands-on experience in provisioning infrastructure using CloudFormation and Terraform to deploy and manage cloud-based services.
- Strong proficiency in AWS Public Cloud and Private Cloud environments, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing containers on EKS and ECS.
- Strong experience with Linux systems, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Good Experience on Configuring and Managing Monitoring Tools such as Dynatrace, Pingdom, Nagios and CloudHealth
- A passion for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing enhancements.
- Good Knowledge and experience on DevOps Tools.
- Prepares and maintains documentation of system configurations and customizations.
- Basic understanding of ITSM practices
- Provides guidance to internal departments.
- Available for 24x7 coverage.
- Self-motivated individual, able to work independently or on a team.
- Able to multi-task and work productively in a dynamic environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.
