**Job Summary**:
The Field Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations across assigned sites. This includes managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting surprise checks, and coordinating with clients to ensure their safety requirements are met efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage security personnel at various client locations.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with SOPs and client expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in the assigned area regarding all security-related issues.
- Ensure deployment of guards as per duty rosters and manage replacements in case of absenteeism.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.
- Conduct training sessions for guards on safety protocols, emergency response, and client-specific requirements.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Area Manager.
- Assist in recruitment, background verification, and onboarding of new security staff.
- Respond promptly to incidents, conduct investigations, and prepare incident reports.
- Maintain good relations with local law enforcement and community representatives.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
