**Job Title**: Generative AI Engineer

**Client**: Bluegreen
**Work Schedule**: 12 PM - 9 PM IST
**Location**: 100% Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize and enhance AI models to improve **performance, efficiency, and accuracy**.
- Implement **scalable and secure GenAI solutions**.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in **AI and machine learning technologies**.
- Conduct **research and experiments** to drive innovation in generative AI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **technical issues** related to AI systems.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of experience in **AI/ML development**.
- Strong proficiency in **Python** and AI/ML frameworks such as **TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar**.
- Proven experience with **LLMs and RAG workflows**.
- Deep understanding of **deploying scalable, efficient, and secure GenAI solutions**.
- Excellent **problem-solving skills** and the ability to work independently.
- Strong **communication and collaboration skills**.
- A passion for staying current with the **latest trends in AI and machine learning**.
