Packaging Helper

1. **Preparing Packaging Materials**
- Gather and organize materials required for packaging, such as boxes, tape, labels, and protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam).
- Ensure that packaging materials are in good condition and meet quality standards.

2. **Assisting with Product Packaging**
- Help pack products into boxes, bags, or other containers based on specifications (e.g., size, shape, and weight).
- Secure the product within the packaging to prevent damage during transport (e.g., using cushioning materials).
- Seal packages with tape or other methods and label them appropriately with product details and shipping information.

3. **Ensuring Quality Control**
- Inspect products and packaging for defects, ensuring that items are packaged properly and meet safety and quality standards.
- Report any damaged or faulty products to supervisors for further action.
- Verify that labels, barcodes, and other identifying marks are correct and legible.

4. **Maintaining Work Area**
- Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and safe to work in.
- Ensure that tools and packaging materials are stored properly to prevent accidents or confusion.

5. **Assisting with Inventory Management**
- Help monitor the stock of packaging materials, notifying supervisors when supplies are low or need to be reordered.
- Count and verify items before packaging to ensure the correct quantity is included in each order or shipment.

6. **Handling Product Returns or Damaged Goods**
- Assist in handling returns or damaged goods, ensuring they are properly recorded and returned to inventory or discarded appropriately.

7. **Assisting with Shipping Preparation**
- Help prepare packages for shipment, which may include weighing packages, calculating shipping costs, and arranging delivery with couriers or freight services.
- Ensure the right shipping labels and documentation are attached.

8. **Operating Packaging Equipment**
- Operate machinery such as box sealing machines, shrink wrap machines, or labeling equipment, if required.
- Ensure the equipment is working correctly and report any malfunctions.

9. **Adhering to Safety and Compliance Guidelines**
- Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment, and when handling products and packaging materials.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, particularly regarding waste disposal, hazardous materials, and proper handling techniques.

10. **Working with a Team**
- Collaborate with other team members, including packagers, quality control inspectors, and warehouse staff, to meet production or shipment targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors about progress, problems, or needs related to the packaging process.


Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
