- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
- Attract new followers and grow the brand's online community.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Track social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Prepare regular reports to showcase performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.
- Adjust strategies to reflect changes in the digital landscape
- Handle social media crises and negative feedback with a calm and professional approach.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans as necessary.
- Ensure brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and PR, to ensure a unified communication strategy.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan posts and campaigns in advance.
- Manage the budget for paid social media campaigns and optimize ad spend
- Optimize social media profiles and content for search engines.
- Ensure integration with broader SEO and content marketing efforts.
- Ensure that all social media activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies.
- Stay innovative and test new ideas, formats, and features on social media platforms to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
