*Handling Inbound calls (Customer Service)

*Need to handle queries related to US Customers Netflix Account.

*Designation: CSA

*Excellent English communication skills needed
- HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Chat or Voice Experience.

*Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift

*Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
- Salary 18,000 - 23,000 In hand +2750 Incentives.
- Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.
- Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Berlitz (VnA), Typing-25/85.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
