**Shift timings**:9:30AM- 6:30PM

**Working days**: 6 Days

**Location**:Sec-82, Mohali

**Experience: 5-10**years (Freshers can apply)

**Qualification**:

- Diploma/B.E/Btech/Mtech in civil engineering/Mechanical/structural

**Role Objective**:
An Estimation & Design Executive typical responsibilities include: analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs. researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare material procurements & production documents.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:
**Order Management**:

- Providing Sales Order (Position Drawings & Final Quotations)
- Release Production documents to production team.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
- Supervise maintenance staff, including technicians and mechanics, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the procurement of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities, ensuring adequate inventory levels and cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization of maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and equipment repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations governing maintenance operations.
- Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall maintenance practices.

**Qualifications**:

- B.E/Btech in civil engineering/Mechanical/structural

.Proficiency in computer-aided design software and other relevant softwares.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
