Onati Global is a fashion brand under Rakhis Fashions, based in Bengaluru, India. They offer multi-category ready-to-wear collections and custom-made apparel services through their online store. Their other brands, Rebblebee for kids fashion and Wetailor4u for custom-made fashion and uniforms, cater to various industry verticals.
**Role Description**
**Qualifications**
- **Experience in recruiting for garment manufacturing roles, Production staff.**:
- Knowledge of the garment manufacturing industry
- Recruit Blue collar manufacturing staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience : 3-4 years
LOCATION :HAL, BANGALORE-560017 ,
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree specialisation in HR preferred.
- Experience in the fashion industry would be advantageous
- Effective communication skills, capable of working independently
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Ability to multi task and demonstrated ability to meet quotas
