Now we’re looking for a **sharp, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert** to lead and scale our digital growth engine.

**You’ll Be Responsible For:Paid Ads Management (Meta & Google)**:

- Plan, create, run and optimize **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)** campaigns
- Create and manage **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Optimize cost per lead (CPL), retargeting, funnel strategy

**SEO & Organic Growth**:

- Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO
- Build backlinks, improve domain authority & rankings
- Write/guide content that drives traffic and leads

**Website & Landing Pages**:

- Collaborate with web team to create **high-converting landing pages**:

- A/B test CTAs, visuals, and lead forms

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Search Console
- Weekly & monthly reporting: CPL, CTR, conversions, ROAS, SEO growth

**Marketing Strategy & Scaling**:

- Plan digital campaigns for **online courses, center-based programs, and events**:

- Manage funnel strategy: cold > warm > hot leads
- Identify new digital growth channels & automation opportunities

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with Canva / video editing / creatives
- Affiliate or influencer marketing experience
- Local SEO for multiple center locations
