Distinguished Architect

As the Distinguished Architect for our cloud communication product line, you will play a critical role in leading technological development and shaping the strategic direction of our CPaaS Solutions. With a specific focus on CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service), AIML, and Cloud technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and visionary technology leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and deliver cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of our CPaaS solutions, placing a strong emphasis on leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud technologies to enhance service offerings and customer experience. Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the technology development team.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AIML, Cloud, CPaaS, and telecommunications domains. Identify opportunities for technological advancements and ensure our solutions remain competitive in the market.
- Manage and provide guidance to the development team, overseeing all technology resources, including AIML and both private and public cloud technologies.
- Evaluate the cost, value, and risks associated with technology and AI implementations. Provide strategic advice and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Direct the development of disaster recovery plans, ensuring robust measures are in place for data safety, backup, and recovery to ensure the security and continuity of our services. Implement best practices for data privacy and security compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the technology team. Mentor and groom future technology leaders within the organization.
- Represent the organization in technology forums and industry events to showcase thought leadership and innovation.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's technology roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions that align with company goals. Act as a technology evangelist within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of 14+ years of progressive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a deep understanding of CPaaS solutions, AIML, private and public cloud.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing technology teams and driving technological innovation within a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results within defined timelines.
- Proficient understanding of complex database systems, software development, AIML implementations, Cloud architectures, and AWS services. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices, emphasizing efficiency, collaboration, and security throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications, especially cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), will be considered advantageous.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex technological concepts in a clear and concise manner. Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on balancing short-term business needs with long-term technology objectives.
